Do it Yourself!

Taylor's Custom Flooring has plenty to offer the do it yourselfer! We're happy to do your installation work for you, but if you're handy why not give it a try? Granted, some types of flooring are more suited to the handy person than others so here's what we recommend:

Laminates

What could be simpler than tongue and groove click flooring? Simply follow the manufacturer's instructions and if you want to see how it's done, ask about our installation video. Along with the variety of looks you can achieve with laminate alone, Taylor's carries cork (Wicanders) on laminate tongue and groove backing.

Vinyl Tile--Peel and Stick

We have a beautiful array of Armstrong vinyl tile for you to browse. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, and peel, place and stick. While the warranty on peel and stick tile may not be as good as what you'll get with regular vinyl, with care these floors can be a practical, serviceable solution.

Cut and Place

Our display of Armstrong and Tarkett samples gives you plenty of choice, and depending on your selection comes with a 10 or 15 year warranty. For more information, refer to our Vinyl page. Make sure you take home a brochure when you visit the store.

Remnants

Last but not least, check the remnants section at the back of the store. Carpet, vinyl, laminate and hardwood--we have it all at prices you can't afford to ignore!
