Simple "cut and place" flooring

It's hard to believe, but Armstrong and Tarkett have come out with "cut and place" vinyl flooring. Available in 12' rolls, you're allowed one seam and must leave a 1/4" space at the borders. Nail in your quarter round, and you're done! Guaranteed from 10 to 15 years, depending on which style you choose.
